Terms of use.

The service

BARCROSS provides a training map, session tools, a rank system, and a paid video certification service (the Gate Card). Training features are free and work without an account.

Train at your own risk

Calisthenics is physical. You are responsible for your own health, warm-up, environment and equipment. Progressions and session suggestions are general information, not medical or coaching advice. If something hurts, stop; if it persists, see a professional. To the extent permitted by law, BARCROSS is not liable for injuries arising from your training.

Honor and the record

Self-claimed progress (the honor system) is yours to keep honest. The public record (Gate Cards, The Board, official records) is decided by certified judges. Judges' verdicts are final; a no-rep always comes with written reasons and a discounted retry.

Certification fees

Certification is a paid review of one video clip against published standards. The fee covers the judging service and is due per attempt; it is not a purchase of a rank. A rejected clip (no-rep) is not refunded, but includes the judge's notes and a discounted resubmission.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is an optional recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. It buys priority in the judging queue and supports the platform; it never buys a rank or a verdict. You can cancel any time from Manage billing, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown before you buy and include tax where applicable.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who handles billing, invoices and sales tax and appears on your statement. Under EU and UK distance-selling rules you may cancel a Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase for a refund, unless the period has been substantially used; certification fees are for a service performed on demand and are not refundable once the clip has been judged. To request a refund, contact us or use the Paddle invoice link in your receipt.

Your content

You keep ownership of clips you submit. By submitting for certification you allow us to view the clip for judging and, once certified, to link it from your public Gate Card page. Don't submit clips you don't have the right to share, or that show anyone who hasn't agreed to appear.

Fair play

Manipulated video, impersonation, or gaming the standards gets cards revoked and boards corrected. We may remove any card or board line that fails verification.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or attacks on the service. You can export your data at any time and request deletion.

Minors

Under 18: a parent or guardian must create the account and submit any certification on your behalf.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
